Tim Casey
Tim is the founder and Executive Chairman of the St Hilliers group. He has more than 30 years industry experience and under his leadership St Hilliers has grown to be one of Australia's leading integrated property groups, currently ranked 83 in the top 500 private companies in Australia (BRW 2009 Top 500 List). Tim is the Vice President of the NSW Property Council of Australia, a member of the Master Builders Association and the Australian Institute of Building. |

Trevor Gerber
Trevor was with Westfield Holdings Limited for 14 years, until 1999, as Group Treasurer and subsequently as Director of Funds Management responsible for the listed property trusts, Westfield Trust and Westfield America Trust. Trevor is Chairman of Everest Financial Group and Valad Property Group and is a Director of Macquarie Airports Group. |

Dennis Broit
Dennis has more than 35 years experience in the property industry with specific expertise in the financing iof property development and accountancy. Dennis had a long association with the Mirvac Group that began in 1983. He became a director in 1987 and served as Mirvac's Finance Director until August 2005. After his retirement from this position, Dennis continued to serve on the board as a non-executive director until March 2006. Following his retirement from Mirvac, a joint venture was formed with Robert Hamilton (the former Managing Director of Mirvac) called Broham Pty Limited to provide consultancy services to the property industry. Current board appointments include the Investec Property Ltd, GPT Funds Management Ltd and McConnell Group Ltd (NZ). |
