Tim has more than 25 years property industry experience and takes an active role in the day-to-day management of the St Hilliers Property activities. He is closely involved in all aspects of the company's major development projects, acquisitions and in developing opportunities involving major clients and business partners.

Nicholas Ridgwell, CEO - Funds Management
Nicholas has substantial experience in managing development projects both in Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the St Hilliers group, Nicholas worked with Schroders Australia and Grosvenor International in senior development and funds management roles. Nicholas was responsible for St Hilliers Property's major joint venture developments including the Kings Bay residential development, Five Dock, NSW ($105 million) and The Gateway, Kingston, ACT ($72 million).
