St Hilliers Property established its funds management platform in 2004, enabling investors to benefit from exposure to property investments that are underpinned by the company's expertise in acquisition, development and property management.

Currently, St Hilliers Property has three unlisted enhanced property funds, which are fully subscribed. The funds are diversified and have targeted the industrial, commercial, bulky goods and retail sectors.

St Hilliers Funds Management Limited, a subsidiary of St Hilliers Property, manages the funds. The Funds Management business has a strong commitment to corporate governance with established procedures and protocols which include extensive disciplines and processes, independent approval for related party transactions, external audits and a strong corporate culture of responsibility for investors' interests. There is also a strong focus on best practice communication with investors which includes regular formal and informal communication.
