St Hilliers has elected to mark its 20 years in business by supporting the Property Industry Foundation in the raising of much needed donations to help disadvantaged young people living in our community. The Property Industry Foundation (PIF) is the property and construction industry charity and raises in the vicinity of $1.5 million each year for distribution to approximately 20 charities. Since it was formed in NSW in 1996, PIF has proven to be very successful as a forum and a focal point for people in the industry to use their skills and resources to assist charitable organisations providing services to ‚Äö?Ñ??at risk‚Äö?Ñ?? youth. St Hilliers Executive Chairman, Tim Casey, said: ‚Äö?Ñ??While the current economic climate is difficult for business we cannot imagine the difficulties many young people in our communities are experiencing. It is a privilege for St Hilliers, in this our 20th anniversary year, to support PIF in its efforts to raise funds for programs that will provide opportunities for disadvantaged children to have positive and healthy lives.‚Äö?Ñ?? St Hilliers will be the principal sponsor of PIF‚Äö?Ñ?¥s Annual Charity Ball in Sydney, which will be held in September. The Annual Charity Ball in Sydney is a flagship event in the property and construction industry and attracts leading organisations and key industry figures. PIF has selected the YWCA NSW to be the beneficiary of funds raised at the Annual Charity Ball in Sydney. The YWCA will use the funds for their program ‚Äö?Ñ??Taking Control - Your Life in Your Hands‚Äö?Ñ??. Many of us know the YWCA for their quality budget accommodation. However this unique community service organisation, which is led by women, is focused on developing the life skills and connectedness of communities and people experiencing critical and vulnerable times.
