St Hilliers second joint venture with Landcom was the Hunterford residential development.

Hunterford is a community title urban infill project comprising a mix of housing types from single detached homes, courtyard homes, town houses, attached houses, mews homes and apartments.

St Hilliers adopted a 'multiple builder' project delivery strategy for this project. This approach integrated the strengths of both the single builder and the project home builder and enabled the Joint Venture to achieve quality dwellings at low construction costs normally the preserve of the traditional project home builder.

The Joint Venture established guidelines and a review panel to assist the participating builders with their individual designs to ensure better urban design outcomes were achieved.

The offering a mix of product types and prices was a key element to the marketing of the project and ensured a first level of inquiry from all different market segments.

A great deal of interest in the project was also created by potential purchasers and local residents, who were able to register their interest in the project following the lodgement of the development application.
