Ascertaining the needs of Nestle from a distribution perspective, enabled St Hilliers to locate and secure the most appropriate site for this major corporation's warehouse and distribution centre.

St Hilliers structured a longterm lease of 15 years, which was on-sold to NAB Super Fund.

Development, design and construction of this award winning facility comprising 40,000 sq m of 12 m high warehouse space, 4,800 sq m of air-conditioned storage space for perishable foodstuffs, 650 sq m of offices and staff amenities; extensive truck marshalling areas and dock facilities.
