St Hilliers secured this substantial development project by offering
Oracle Corporation flexibility in the delivery method.
St Hilliers was able to provide a total solution for Oracle's
requirements including site selection, concept design and construction.
In addition, as part of an open and transparent elationship St Hilliers
offered Oracle the option to lease or but the building.
The design and construction of a high quality commercial facility
proceeded on the St Hilliers controlled site prior to Oracle finalising
its choice of purchase or lease arrangements.
The facility comprises 11,000 sq m of office space over six levels
and a two level basement carpark for 262 cars. St Hilliers also
provided the full internal fitout for the building to Oracle's
specification and design.
A major objective of the brief was top provide a facility that was
flexible in its use and its ability to accommodate both large and small
business groups. The building configuration was required
to cope with the possibility of the business groups
varying in size over time, while maintaining an environment where interaction
and open communication was encouraged. |
