St Hilliers Enhanced Property Funds are managed by St Hilliers Funds Management Limited (the Fund Manager), a wholly-owned subsidiary of St Hilliers Property Pty Limited. The Fund Manager also acts as Trustee to the Fund.

The Fund Manager was granted an Australian Financial Services Licence (267744) on 20 May 2004 authorising the Fund Manager to operate funds.

A documented compliance program of procedural controls and systems has been established to ensure the Board of the Fund Manager exercises appropriate due diligence and avoids any breach of the Australian Financial Services Licence or the Corporations Act 2001.

The Fund Manager is responsible for maximising the investments performance of each fund through the successful execution of its investment strategy. The Fund Manager has responsibility for communicating fund performance to investors, both on a formal and informal basis. The Fund Manager is able to draw on the experience of the Investment Committee and the skills and expertise of the wider St Hilliers Group.
