Investment Committees have been established for each of St Hilliers Enhanced Property Funds to consider the recommendations of the Fund Manager and approve all investment-related decisions of each fund.

The Investment Committees are a sub-committee of the Fund Manager and their members are empowered to have final approval in regard to all investment related and certain other material decisions for the Fund. Decisions of the Investment Committee require unanimous approval.
